Description
• Use knowledge of clinical data and research industry to evaluate customer needs, propose solutions to customer requirements, and maintain high customer satisfaction. • Successfully executes on the BEK solutions’ delivery and implementation plans. • Track and communicate progress and decisions clearly, triage issues to the appropriate internal stakeholders and ensure timely effective issue resolution. • Create and maintain business documentation, such as EMR system requirements, research site process workflows, etc. • Support the activities that drive high active weekly usage of BEK solutions. • Develop external communication materials such as progress reports. • Ensure compliance with BEK processes and project management methods.
Requirements
• Professional services background with a clinical mindset. • Superb time management skills. • Entrepreneurial, proactive, solution-oriented, and driven to get things done in high-complexity environments. • Detail oriented day to day but also able to synthesize up to view the bigger picture.
