• Responsible for Business Process engineering and HR systems design. • Work with cross-functional teams to support existing systems. • Plan and manage assigned HR projects according to established standards. • Work pro-actively with the business to understand strategic direction. • Develop risk models and process improvements. • Document business and technical specifications for system development. • Improve systems by studying current practices and designing modifications. • Analyze, design, develop, modify, test, and implement software solutions. • Maintain system protocols and provide training to users.
• Minimum of 7 years of business/software engineering experience, with increasing leadership responsibilities. • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Business or related fields. • Extensive experience in Business Analysis, Design & Process Re-engineering, System architecture and Configuration in HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, ADP etc. • Hands-on knowledge of current technology standards/trends coupled with a desire to continually expand personal knowledge/skills. • In depth understanding of how the people, processes and technology within an organization interact. • Strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with the ability to tailor communication to all levels of an organization. • Demonstrated knowledge of all components of Iterative and Agile SDLC methodologies.
