Description

• Lead a successful team building a significant Enterprise financial product • Serve as primary technical contact with the business • Provide technical and relational leadership to a team of software engineers • Collaborate with Product Owners and Business stakeholders • Design, build, scale, and enhance Software Products, Apps, and Platforms based on Client Needs • Communicate Technical Topics clearly to Clients • Propose solutions to meet goals of Clients and their Products • Define, refine, and document Best Practices • Attend four key company events and quarterly client planning events annually

Requirements

• Deep experience with Java / Spring Boot, Go, or Node • Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Cloud Architecture • Familiarity with financial accounting principles and Oracle ERP is a plus • Kubernetes, Docker and GitHub Actions • Skilled at building web-based software or mobile apps • Technical leadership of a development team, including people-leadership of up to 7 Bellwood developers
