• Acts as a brand ambassador delivering experiences to end consumers • Creates and maximizes sales opportunities for Belmond worldwide sales targets • Develops sales action and account management plans • Manages the sales process for LVMH VIC clients • Engages new guests and enhances client experience • Contributes to KPI achievement and follows sales procedures • Conducts product training for LVMH maisons • Maintains contact with sales personnel and property teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred • Strong knowledge of the luxury business • Strong selling skills and results oriented • Resourceful and customer-focused conversationalist • Familiarity with Belmond properties and experiences • Able to understand and explain hotel procedures • Familiar with B2B distribution and strategies • Good verbal and written communication skills • Computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
