Description
• Lead and manage the pre-study phase of the change management initiative, including conducting interviews, gathering data, and analyzing organizational needs. • Develop a comprehensive change management plan, outlining objectives, milestones, strategies, and key deliverables. • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for the change management initiative. • Identify potential risks and barriers to change and develop strategies to address them. • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build awareness and readiness for the upcoming change. • Track and monitor project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders. • Develop and implement communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged throughout the change management process. • Evaluate the success of the change management initiative and recommend improvements for future projects.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in change management initiatives. • Strong knowledge and understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Ability to gather and analyze data to inform decision-making and develop effective change strategies. • Experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions to build change readiness and awareness. • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines. • Proficiency in project management tools and software. • Remote work experience is preferred.
