πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ As a Strategic Growth Intern, you will be responsible for taking ownership and accountability for a variety of key organizational projects at Belong Health. β€’ You will work closely with the growth team, while also gaining exposure to top executives at our fast-paced organization. β€’ You will provide ongoing support around prospect and partner meetings as well as business development processes and collateral. β€’ Support senior leadership on various strategic projects β€’ Develop market research on geographies where Belong Health is considering market entry, including market incumbents, future partner needs assessment against Belong Health solutions & capabilities, provider practice landscape β€’ Develop a sophisticated understanding of government health plan offerings/complex plans that Belong Health does not currently offer and recommend new future growth channels β€’ Research and liaise with policy experts to identify opportunities for Belong Health to capitalize on new market entry opportunities based on regulatory changes in local markets β€’ Develop highly consultative collateral to convey complex ideas to partners and prospects around Medicare, D-SNP, and/or a Belong partnership β€’ Support revenue operations and processes such as pipeline prioritization, CRM implementation/ optimization, top of funnel initiatives

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Currently enrolled in a top business school program for a master's degree or higher β€’ Passionate about healthcare and energized about serving complex-needs patients β€’ Experience working in healthcare, ideally with work history in consulting, finance, business development, product, operations, account management/customer success, banking, and/or venture capital/private equity β€’ Self-directed and entrepreneurial; you take initiative and create your own momentum β€’ Highly analytical with strong quantitative skills and solutions-oriented β€’ High EQ; skilled collaborator and highly effective at relationship building β€’ Excited about working in an early-stage environment β€’ Bonus if you have experience in start-up environments β€’ Bonus if you have experience with D-SNP or specific state Medicaid agencies
