Description

• Immediate need for an experienced, top caliber Director of Marketing. • Help our marketing department with strategy and execution of both digital and offline marketing. • Increase lead generation by 10X. • Monitor and train our paid ad manager and content/SEO manager. • Create systems and direct execution of such systems for efficient paid ad and SEO management. • Help with hiring of new team members for content, and paid ad departments.

Requirements

• Bring at least 5 years of experience as a Marketing Director with a direct-to-consumer brand. • Proven track record of driving brand growth from 8 to 9+ figures. • Successfully led a team of 5+ members for a minimum of 5 years. • Managed annual advertising budgets ranging from 7 to 8 figures. • Available for a part-time commitment of 8 to 10 hours per week. • Significant expertise in scaling brands by 10X to 100X in a short timeframe. • Deep expertise in digital marketing, traditional marketing, and strategies for exponential brand growth. • Highly skilled in paid advertising and organic website growth strategies. • Excel in using analytics to map and understand the entire customer journey.
