Description

• BeMo has an immediate need for an experienced, top caliber Sales Director to develop and monitor strategies for successful execution of inbound sales. • Propel our team forward to continue our exponential growth and scaling business revenue by 10X. • Increase conversion rate, AOV and call volume per sales person to lead 10X increase in sales revenue. • Monitor and train our sales manager. • Create systems for efficient sales call process and lead scoring and lead tracking. • Create efficient follow up phone, text and email sequences to increase conversion rates. • Create process to hire and quickly train new sales team members. • Help with hiring of new team members for sales team. • Direct and monitor execution of quarterly KPIs. • Attend weekly managerial meetings.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Director, specializing in inbound sales calls. • Demonstrated success in leading inbound sales teams, scaling from 10+ sales staff to 100+ members. • Proven track record of increasing sales revenue from 8 to 9+ figures. • Available for a part-time role, committing 8 to 10 hours per week. • Extensive experience using CRM systems to track leads, monitor calls, and oversee sales activities. • Expert in inbound sales, call conversion optimization, lead tracking, sales forecasting, and call analytics.
