Description

• We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our growing Platform - PMO Operations Team! • As part of the job, you will drive the end-to-end delivery of Platform stream projects. • Reporting to the Platform PMO team, you will work closely with a number of stakeholders across the organization to make sure projects are successfully delivered to our customers. • You’ll have multiple projects on the go at any given time, so you should be able to easily handle competing priorities. • BenchSci's vision is to help scientists bring novel medicine to patients 50% faster by 2025.

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Project Manager managing risks and leading technical projects • Experience working in an agile environment • Strong knowledge of various project management methodologies and best practices • An understanding of the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development • The ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment and handle multiple concurrent priority tasks with tight deadlines • Experience managing the delivery of engineering work, and communicating risks and outcomes with stakeholders • Experience managing and delivering product-focused initiatives working with product management and design teams • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels and teams • Ability to work independently on projects with tight deadlines, under minimal supervision
