Description

•We are looking for a Systems Administrator to join our Information Technology team. You will report to the Senior Manager of IT.

Requirements

•2+ years of proven experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar role. •Practical experience managing and troubleshooting macOS and Windows operating systems in a business environment. •Strong understanding of networking concepts and experience managing wired and wireless networks. •Experience with administering and supporting a variety of SaaS applications, ideally with some familiarity with the tools listed above. •Ability to set up and maintain hybrid conference room A/V systems (hardware & software), including Zoom Rooms, Google Meet, and MS Teams. •A proactive problem-solver with a structured approach, capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. •Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical information to remote users of all levels.
