•BenchSci is seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Talent Operations Analyst - Total Rewards to join our growing team! •In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring our compensation benefits, leaves, and mobility programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business objectives. •You will be responsible for conducting market analysis, evaluating jobs, administering benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements

•3+ years of experience in Human Resources, data analysis, or related roles. •Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and interpret data trends. •Strong proficiency in Google Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). •Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. •Superior organizational and project management skills. •Experience working with HR information systems (HRIS) like Dayforce is a plus. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. •A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
