Description
• Detail-oriented Claims Specialist for processing pre-tax and post-tax claims for benefits programs • Covering all 50 states with flexibility during standard US business hours • Performance expectation: Process a minimum of 1000 claims per week • Ongoing training on changes in benefit regulations and internal processes
Requirements
• 1+ year of experience in benefits claims processing, preferably with exposure to multiple benefit types • Proven ability to process a high volume of claims (1000+ per week) with accuracy • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific guidelines • Familiarity with pre-tax and post-tax benefit rules • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Proficiency in using claims processing and basic computer skills
