• Manage rail projects from planning through design into construction • Develop project scope, budget, and schedule • Lead client contract negotiations • Work with technical engineering staff • Execute technical tasks, including reports and designs • Assist in developing client capture plans and proposals
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years’ experience in design and/or planning Railroad projects • B.S. in Civil Engineering degree and licensed Professional Engineer (P.E) • Experience using MicroStation and Inroads, preferably Open Roads Designer • Demonstrated knowledge in Big Data Processing, GIS/ERSI, Drainage Design • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Willingness to travel out-of-town
