Description
• Overseeing important cross-functional legal matters to protect the company and enhance its legal processes • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements and other legal documents with clients, vendors, subcontractors and team members • Creating and maintaining contract database and life cycle tracking • Creating, updating and controlling legal and compliance policies • Supporting various departments in the company worldwide, such as sales, operations, marketing, human resources and others • Developing, implementing and enforcing legal processes and procedures
Requirements
• 5+ years of commercial law experience • Proven experience as in-house legal counsel for international companies • Proven experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including experience with agreements related to software and professional services • Experience in independently managing complex processes as well as collaborating within a team in a fast-paced international business environment
