• Work as part of a global multi-cultural team. • Overseeing important cross-functional legal matters to protect the company. • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements and contracts. • Creating and maintaining contract database and life cycles tracking. • Partnering with various departments on legal matters. • Creating and maintaining legal policies and best practices aligned with industry standards.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of legal experience in in-house legal environment from international companies. • Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements related to software and professional services. • Experience in managing complex processes independently and collaborating in a fast-paced international business environment. • Law degree from an accredited institution or equivalent legal qualifications. • Fluent written and oral English. • Fluency in another language is an advantage (German, Portuguese, French, etc.). • Ability to handle multiple projects in parallel and work under pressure. • Great attention to detail and organizational skills, resourceful, and results oriented. • Excellent communication and drafting skills. • Highly independent, responsive, and proactive. • Maintain high performance standards under pressure.
