📋 Description
• Bertoni Solutions está en búsqueda de un Practicante de Marketing Digital. • Buscamos un estudiante que esté en los últimos ciclos (7mo-9no) de la universidad para trabajar de manera remota desde casa. • Asistir en diferentes actividades del Departamento de Marketing Digital relacionadas con investigaciones de mercado, organización del contenido y activos del equipo, entre otras. • Ejecutar funciones tácticas y operativas de soporte para la gestión del departamento. • Completar tareas administrativas diarias para garantizar la funcionalidad y coordinación de las actividades del departamento. • Auditar y organizar el contenido y activos del departamento, reportando los resultados. • Actualizar bases de datos y/o el calendario de contenido. • Migrar contenido entre documentos sin perder detalles. • Asistir en la creación de plantillas y/o reportes. • Proponer estrategias de marketing que contribuyan al desarrollo de las iniciativas del departamento. • Participar en las reuniones diarias con el equipo.
🎯 Requirements
• IMPORTANTE: RESIDIR EN PERÚ • Inglés avanzado B2/C1-C2 • Usuario intermedio/avanzado de Microsoft Office 365. • Conocimiento integral de los principios de marketing, incluyendo análisis de mercado, estrategias de contenido y gestión de campañas. • Capacidad para realizar investigaciones detalladas y extraer información relevante para fundamentar estrategias y propuestas de marketing. • Capacidad para ajustarse rápidamente a entornos dinámicos y aprender nuevas herramientas y tendencias del mercado digital. • Proactividad para proponer soluciones y estrategias innovadoras que contribuyan al desarrollo de las iniciativas del departamento. • Perfil activo en LinkedIn. • Certificaciones en fundamentos de marketing de HubSpot, Udemy, Google o similares. • Conocimientos en herramientas CMS como HubSpot. • Conocimientos sobre servicios tecnológicos. • Conocimientos en herramientas de gestión de tareas como Asana, Trello, Slack, etc. • Participación en voluntariados o hackathones relacionados al área.
