📋 Description
• Lead and manage an offshore team, ensuring alignment with partner’s-driven goals • Act as the primary liaison between partner’s and customer’s technical and business leadership • Design, develop, and implement scalable full-stack solutions using React, FastAPI, and Python/pandas • Operate within SAFe Agile Release Trains (ARTs) • Collaborate closely with Product Owners (POs), System Architects, and Tech Leads • Ensure development follows SAFe’s Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) principles • Drive Test-Driven Development (TDD) and implement automated testing strategies • Utilize and optimize Azure cloud services to enhance system performance and scalability
🎯 Requirements
• Extensive experience as a Full-Stack Architect, leading development teams • Proficiency in React, FastAPI, and Python (pandas library) • Strong experience with SAFe Agile methodologies and development within Agile Release Trains (ARTs) • Expertise in Azure cloud services and cloud-native application development • Hands-on experience in MVP-based development for feature rollouts • Proven ability to implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous deployment • Experience with automated testing and TDD methodologies • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders • Advanced written and Spoken English fluency
