• BET99 is looking for a highly creative Intermediate Graphic Designer. • Create visually appealing and user-centric designs for various platforms. • Lead and manage the design process from initial concept to final execution. • Collaborate with marketing and business operations teams. • Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all design materials. • Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback. • Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously. • Stay updated with the latest design standards and trends.
Requirements
• 2+ years of graphic design experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus. • Expert-level abilities with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). • Familiar with Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook). • Familiar with Project Management Software (Asana, Monday, etc.). • Strong understanding of design principles typography, color theory, and layout design. • Excellent portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects across various mediums. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas to stakeholders. • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities. • A keen eye for aesthetics and details. • Excellent communication and time management skills. • The ability to receive, interpret, and implement constructive feedback from project stakeholders into your design work. • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines. • Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
