• Develop Marketing strategies to grow our Product in different markets • Oversee every Marketing operation to ensure they contribute efficiently to our global strategy while seeking constant optimizations • Build and deliver monthly operational plans; their planning, budgeting, and execution, ensuring smooth delivery & measured performance • Operate promotional activities to optimize Product usage • Orchestrate the delivery of operations, coordinate operational teams & implement optimum processes • Work hand in hand with country and Product Directors across multiple countries to align strategy and priorities • Lead, mentor, and empower a team of CRM & promotions experts • Partner with Data teams to implement measuring plans, identify Product insights, and run player analysis
• At least 5 years’ experience in Marketing/communication/CRM • Proven experience in Gambling or Gaming industry • Proven analytical skillset, capable of translating data insights into actionable plans • Ability to work across multiple teams in a matrix organization • Strong project management and coordination skills • Great communication and relationship building skills • Energy, with a real will to learn and improve • Fluent in spoken and written English; Portuguese is a plus
