• BETER is the industry's leading provider of next-gen content and data, spanning fast sports, esports products, and gaming solutions. • Search for an experienced and visionary Sales Manager to drive business in Asia. • Responsibilities include sales strategy development, client relationship management, market analysis, team leadership, collaboration, performance monitoring, product knowledge, and compliance.

Requirements

• Process, data-driven sales operations background. • Strong experience with CRM platform (Pipedrive), and building track-able, repeatable sales processes. • 2 -3 years experience and proven track record of successful online gaming (Sports Book) industry sales. • Proven track record of success in sales management within the betting industry in the Asia market. • Ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, and creativity to changing needs and situations. • Must be adaptable, professional, courteous, motivated, and work well on their own or as a member of a team. • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance objectives (revenue targets, pipeline targets, etc.). • Ability to travel 1 - 2 times a month to attend different trade events as well as meeting with clients. • Experience utilizing CRM systems and marketing automation systems (such as Pipedrive, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Outreach, etc.). • Strong commitment to integrity and compliance with regulatory standards. • Three (3) month probationary period. With annual performance reviews after the probationary period.
