📋 Description

• The Director drives strategies and vision that enables development of innovative and effective solutions for Risk and Payments Functions. • This role proactively works with the leadership team to drive customer experiences that exceed customer expectations and achieve business goals. • Through effective leadership, the Director develops a team that delivers meaningful experiences from exploration, strategy, feedback to implementation. • Creates and executes a strategy for the constant improvement of delivered results and enhancing customer journey, identifying and targeting prospective, building and maintaining effective progression of opportunities for the business and teams. • Create and manage processes and procedures around unauthorized accesses on BetMGM platform and safeguard controls around the network. • Optimize Credit Card and other payments flow while keeping chargeback below thresholds. • Build policies, proactive procedures and working practices to profile and identify business activity that is being targeted by fraud. • Risk assessment regarding new bonus campaigns and providing Risk knowledge and support to the Marketing Operations teams. • Gather risk-related data from internal or external resources. • Monitor Daily Operating KPI’s & Data analysis. • Managing Risk and Payments Operations including KYC processes and procedures. • Identify and analyses areas of potential risk to the company. • Introduce and implement tools and capabilities to allow business growth while keeping in line with KPI/ Regulations. • Take active part on BetMGM strategic projects by ensuring Risk Management, Payments, requirements are covered. • Analyze business performance on a regular basis to ensure continuity, constant optimization, and improvement of the business units under supervision. • Manage the process of handling compliance issues to utilize appropriate resources for investigation and resolution and deliver minimum impact to customer experience and business. • Minimize the loss to the business by challenging disputed transactions (liaising with the relevant Banks/Payment methods) as part of managing Fraud and payments function. • Optimize constantly various processes including deposits, cashouts and chargebacks. • Provide Responsible Gaming reviews of customer accounts and ensuring operational teams and the business are protected. • Review of various conversion activities and acceptance rates. • Negotiate & manage contracts for 3rd party Risk, compliance suppliers as and when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • 7+ years as a Department Head for Risk Management & Payments Or equivalent in Large companies across multi-languages / jurisdictions • Proficient in MS Office Tools and MS Excel in particular. • Understanding of the various online marketing incentives offered. • Knowledge and experience of AML/KYC/SOF especially in the US market • At least 3 years’ experience working under regulated industry • Experience with managing remote locations and multicultural environment. • Strong analytic capabilities. • Leadership skills, proven experience of managing teams • High experience of managing 3rd party suppliers including negotiations of terms, services and pricing • Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time
