• Better is reimagining home finance and making it faster, cheaper, and easier for everyone to become a homeowner. • We leverage creative technology and innovation to make the home buying journey more approachable and understandable and home finance more affordable and accessible. • We’re seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to enhance Procurement processes and manage Purchase Orders and supplier relationships. • Oversee the complete procure-to-pay (P2P) process, from requisitions to Purchase Orders, and manage supplier onboarding. • Conduct detailed analysis of purchasing patterns and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and implement procurement strategies that meet organizational needs.
Requirements
• Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field • 2-4 years of experience in a dynamic high-tech Procure-to-Pay environment • Background in Procurement or Vendor Management, with a solid grasp of P2P strategies and supplier relationship management • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently • Familiarity with Procurement software (preferably Coupa and NetSuite) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel • Knowledge of contract management and regulatory requirements
