• Better Health is creating a new medical provider type, disrupting the $80B home medical supply industry. • We help our members discover and purchase the best medical equipment and supplies to address their underlying chronic conditions. • The Business Operations Associate will be responsible for maintaining daily business operations, improving operational efficiency, and implementing strategies to optimize business processes. • This role requires a strong executor with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to support various departments and drive organizational success.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations, project/program management, and/or consulting experience. Experience in digital healthcare is a plus. • Skills: • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic startup work environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent project management and organizational abilities. • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL). • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
