• BetterHelp is on a mission to remove the traditional barriers to therapy and make mental health care more accessible to everyone. • You’ll develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth in international markets. • The role involves analyzing global market trends, optimizing digital marketing channels, leading localization efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • 8+ years of experience in international marketing, growth marketing, or related fields. • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling marketing campaigns across multiple global markets. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and drive data-driven decision-making. • Experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, and localization strategies. • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across cultures. • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus. • Ability to travel internationally as needed.
