📋 Description

• BetterHelp is on a mission to remove the traditional barriers to therapy and make mental health care more accessible to everyone. • Senior Data Scientist with deep expertise in financial forecasting and time series analysis. • Develop predictive models, generate insights from complex datasets, and provide actionable recommendations. • Lead efforts to build scalable models that forecast financial performance and identify key trends. • Your work will directly influence decision-making processes and business outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in data science, with at least 3 years focused on forecasting or time series analysis. • Strong background in building and deploying machine learning models, especially in financial contexts. • Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, with experience using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, StatsModels, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or Keras. • Solid understanding of time series analysis techniques, including ARIMA, exponential smoothing, and machine learning methods like LSTM, XGBoost, etc. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders. • Familiarity with financial metrics and KPIs is a bonus.
