β€’ Find and engage external UGC creators (Influencers, Bloggers, Actors, etc.) to produce impactful and inclusive marketing content. β€’ Develop UGC concepts, manage the collaboration process, and ensure timely delivery of final content. β€’ Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with creators. β€’ Manage and maintain the database and relationships with UGC creators. β€’ Analyze UGC performance and implement data-driven improvements to optimize results. β€’ Test and analyze hypotheses to identify effective UGC marketing strategies. β€’ Stay updated on industry trends to introduce fresh ideas and best practices. β€’ Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance strategies and achieve business goals.

Requirements

β€’ At least 1 year of experience in UGC or influencer marketing. β€’ Ability to create engaging scripts and briefs for UGC campaigns. β€’ Strong knowledge of creating compelling ad concepts (hooks & CTAs) tailored to target audiences. β€’ Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics to evaluate and improve content effectiveness. β€’ A keen interest in social media trends, tricks, and tips, with the ability to educate others on the latest developments. β€’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. β€’ Fluent English.
