📋 Description
• Create engaging marketing campaign concepts from scratch • Conduct research to identify creative opportunities • Prepare detailed briefs to guide designers and creators • Evaluate the business impact of creative assets to enhance engagement and conversions • Collaborate with marketing, design and content teams • Manage asset and video production with designers, influencers, and creators • Develop and refine processes for creative development and testing to support marketing goals
🎯 Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing, SMM, or influencer marketing • Strong business mindset with a focus on results and problem-solving • Proficiency in market and competitor research and analysis • Experience in creating briefs for designers • Upper-Intermediate English • A creative approach with a desire to generate fresh ideas and innovative solutions • Experience in the fashion or e-commerce industry is a plus
