• Collaborate within cross-functional teams to develop high-quality software solutions. • Gather and manage requirements from diverse stakeholders. • Lead and facilitate grooming sessions to refine product requirements. • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including User Stories, Scope documents, and SRS. • Utilize business modeling techniques to visualize and refine software solutions. • Communicate clearly and convincingly to build consensus and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst. • Experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, including backend. • Experience with B2C product with a large number of users or mobile apps. • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. • Excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
