Description
• Coordinating teams and ensuring task completion • Creating and maintaining detailed work plans considering risks, dependencies, and deadlines • Monitoring task progress, analysis and reporting • Managing priorities and alignment with other teams
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT project management as a technical PM • High level of organization, leadership qualities, and proactivity • Analytical, systematic, and critical thinking • Experience with releases involving multiple teams simultaneously • Understanding of the full SDLC cycle and Secure SDLC • Experience with BPMN and ability to use tools for flowcharts • Knowledge and experience with Scrum/Kanban methodologies and classical project management principles • Excellent communication skills: negotiate with stakeholders, gather and clarify necessary information • English language at Intermediate level or higher
