Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct user research. • Lead end-to-end quantitative research, defining scope, selecting methods, executing studies, and presenting actionable findings to teams. • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights that inform product decisions and enhance user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Science, Psychology, Data Science, Statistics, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quantitative UX research role or similar position. • Experience conducting full-cycle research. • Significant hands-on experience with survey design, sampling, crosstabs, and statistical concepts. • Experience working with survey tools (Typeform, Qualtrics, etc.). • Experience working with data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Tableau). • Knowledge of UX Metrics or the ability to quickly learn it.
