• Oversee questions related to tax & compliance in the Group • Assist in structuring international group of entities • Supervise tax administration and business processes • Conduct tax planning, reporting, and compliance tasks • Collaborate with internal and external tax advisory firms • Support tax audits and M&A transactions
• 5+ years of relevant international tax structuring and administration experience • BA/BS or MA/MS degree in economics, business, or related field • Strong expertise in tax legislation and local GAAP of various countries • Basic knowledge in IFRS, financial modeling, and analysis • Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English proficiency • Strong communication and structured thinking skills • Result-oriented and ambitious with ability to make data-driven decisions
