📋 Description

• Beyond is a technology consultancy helping organizations thrive in a rapidly changing world. • We build, modernize, scale, and operationalize technology, creating Cloud and AI solutions to unlock productivity and drive growth for our customers. • Beyond is seeking a dynamic and results-driven AI Project Manager to spearhead a team of talented engineers focused on cutting-edge Data & AI solutions. • This role is pivotal in guiding the development and deployment of advanced data architectures and AI/ML/GenAI technologies for a key account, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction. • As a AI Project Manager, you will: • Lead and mentor a team of Data Engineers, AI/ML Engineers and Data Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. • Collaborate closely with the client to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics. • Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, testing, and deployment. • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. • Mitigate project risks and address challenges proactively. • Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and team efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in managing Data and AI/ML projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, for effective stakeholder management. • Solid understanding of Data/AI/ML architectures and technologies. • High proficiency in English (both written and oral). • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.
