Requirements

•3+ years of experience, including help desk and/or technical support of applications, server infrastructure, desktops, virtualization, and directories. •Good understanding of common operating systems and network topologies. •Familiarity with foundational security concepts and practices. •Ability to assess technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions. •Strong collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in a team-selling environment. •Comfortable delivering presentations to audiences of varying sizes. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English. •Security+, Network+, or equivalent industry certifications. •Pre-sales experience is advantageous but not required. •Basic working knowledge of Linux and Azure Active Directory. •Familiarity with BeyondTrust products (Privilege Management for Desktops, Remote Support, Privileged Remote Access). •Security-focused qualifications or certifications are a plus. •Experience with security solutions such as anti-malware, data protection, firewalls, and mobile/email/web security.
