Description

• As a Quality Assurance Manager, you'll manage 2-3 QA Engineers and develop robust QA Strategies. • Coach and mentor QA team members to improve their skills and contribute to quality initiatives. • Involved in planning and executing tests on Sprint work items. • Provide feedback on the quality of releases to stakeholders. • Attend management and retrospective meetings, preparing QA Confidence documents for release.

Requirements

• Hands on experience in macOS • Experience using project tracking tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps • Experience using and managing test tools such as Xray and Test Manager • Experience with enterprise level applications • Experience working in an Agile environment • Experience line managing QA team members • Strong leadership skills including mentoring and conflict resolution
