Description

•Lead the technical elements of the sales process as a Sr Solutions Engineer. •Deliver advanced solution presentations and technical demonstrations tailored to prospects and customers. •Build and nurture strategic technical relationships with key customers through regular engagement. •Act as a trusted advisor during high-stakes engagements, navigating complex technical environments. •Represent the organization as a thought leader at trade shows and industry events. •Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer needs. •Serve as a mentor and technical escalation point for Solutions Engineers. •Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvement. •Partner with cross-functional teams to address customer challenges.

Requirements

•5+ years of experience as a pre-sales, support, and/or implementation engineer in Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Security Applications, or related enterprise technologies such as ITDR, SIEM, or CIEM. •7+ years of experience working with global software vendors in customer-facing technical roles. •Demonstrated ability to effectively differentiate products and articulate competitive advantages to technical and non-technical audiences. •Experience leading large-scale Proof-of-Concept (POC) engagements and presenting solutions to executive stakeholders. •Proficiency in architecting solutions for complex environments, including Microsoft Windows, Mac, Linux/Unix, Active Directory, Databases, and Network Devices. •Advanced working knowledge of virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, and SkyTap. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience delivering presentations at conferences or industry events. •Proven ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.
