Requirements
• 2+ years of ServiceNow administration experience • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator) • Proficiency in multiple ServiceNow modules, such as Incident, Customer Service, Change, and Knowledge Management • Proven ability to troubleshooting problems • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams • Moderate experience with ServiceNow configuration • Some experience with SOAP/REST APIs – both developing and consuming them • Some experience with the JavaScript programming language • Moderate knowledge of the ITIL lifecycle, and how this applies to the ServiceNow platform • Independent/self-managing individual who requires little guidance • Collaborative team player
