You will be surrounded by people who challenge, support, and inspire you to be the best version of yourself. • As a Technical Program Manager at BeyondTrust, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the development and implementation of technology-focused projects or programs. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the necessary technical requirements. • You will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will work closely with engineers, product managers and other cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and innovative technology solutions. • You will also manage timelines, risks, and project deliverables to ensure successful execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field • 2-5 years of relevant professional experience in program management, project management, or technology • Strong business acumen • Proficient level of understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies • Big picture thinker and self-starter • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Experience in Security or Cloud software solutions • Proficient in process modeling and organizational change management strategies • Experience in communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences and vice versa • Strong spoken and written communication skills • Experience with creative problem-solving in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment • Excellent stakeholder management skills • SaaS Security Software Program Management Experience • PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, Other Program Management or Security Certifications
