Description

• BeZero Carbon is seeking a Platform Engineer for its Infrastructure Team. • Initially assist with day-to-day support activities and migrating infrastructure. • Maintain existing infrastructure and seek improvements. • Collaborate with multiple teams across the organization. • Create and maintain a highly available platform. • Build solutions with best industry practices for secure infrastructure.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role. • Proven experience with AWS; experience with GCP and Azure is a plus. • Solid understanding of event-driven architecture observability tooling IAM patterns cloud networking and security. • Proficiency in Terraform for managing cloud infrastructure. • Experience with other infrastructure automation tools such as CloudFormation, Ansible, or Chef would be considered. • Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools. • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell. • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). • Expert familiarity with code versioning tools like Git. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Demonstrates ability to adopt and improve practices that encourage and maintain good code health.
