Description

• Plan and conduct operational, compliance and financial audits • Identify and document deviations, exceptions, improvements in internal controls • Provide recommendations to address audit findings • Prepare periodic status reports and summary of audit findings for senior management • Coordinate with external auditors on assigned projects

Requirements

• Accounting Degree required • Graduated Cum Laude or better • At least 2 years of public accounting experience and real estate industry experience required • CPA license required • Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
