📋 Description
• Du berätst und unterstützt Kunden umfassend zu allen Themen im Bereich Business Intelligence (z.B. SQL, TM1). • Du kommunizierst mit Kunden und Projektteams auf fachlicher und technischer Ebene. • Du erstellst Anforderungs- und Bedarfsanalysen für BI- und Digitalisierungsstrategien. • Du übernimmst die technische Leitung von Projekt-Teams und führst deine Kolleginnen und Kollegen auch in anspruchsvollen Projektsituationen. • Du setzt eigenverantwortlich anspruchsvolle BI-Lösungen um und definierst Vorgaben für die Datenarchitektur, Modellierung und Guidelines als Architekt. • Du organisierst und führst Workshops und Proof of Concepts durch. • Du unterstützt den Vertrieb bei der Akquise neuer Projekte und der Kundenpflege.
🎯 Requirements
• Du hast eine informationstechnische und/oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliche Ausbildung (Studium, Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Kenntnisse aus der Praxis). • Du bringst mindestens 3 bis 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Business Intelligence-Umfeld (BI-Tool, SQL-Datenbanken) mit. • Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrungen mit OLAP-Datenbanken (insbesondere IBM Planning Analytics) gesammelt oder bist bereit dies bei uns zu lernen. • Du verfügst über Beraterqualitäten: Professionelles Auftreten, Kommunikationskompetenz und Überzeugungskraft. • Du begeisterst dich für Datenanalysen, Datenstrategien, Visualisierungen und Architekturen. • Du bringst eine gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft mit und scheust den persönlichen Kontakt mit unseren Kunden nicht. • Du hast sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch (mindestens C1) und Englisch.
