• Play a crucial role in growing revenue and driving adoption of the Bidease platform • Responsible for strategic account management and relationship building in the Middle East and North Africa regions • Work with clients to identify and meet their business objectives • Train clients on Bidease usage, DSP strategy, and optimization • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate client feedback into product decisions • Review campaign performance and provide detailed feedback for optimization • Educate clients on new platform features, DSP partners, and services • Drive revenue and enhance client campaign performance • Educate and grow clients' programmatic buying knowledge
• Experience in advertising technology or a related field • 3+ years of experience in a DSP/programmatic work environment • Ability to adapt quickly to changing technology environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Organizational and time management skills • Passion for achieving growth and development • Ability to manage client needs and complaints effectively • Comfortable working with multiple clients across diverse industries • Ability to analyze and interpret significant amounts of data • Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
