• Develop and manage a live ops and monetization strategy to meet audience and business goals • Oversee daily strategy execution, including event schedules and KPI targets • Lead the roadmap for new features and tools, coordinating with stakeholders for development • Work with analysts to analyze game performance and pinpoint engagement and monetization opportunities • Provide expertise in free-to-play live ops, feature design, and monetization practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Game Design, Mathematics, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus • Minimum of 5 years of experience in game design, with at least 2 years focused on running Live games or LiveOps • Proficient in data analysis and statistical tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python) • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment • Passionate about gaming
