Description

• Guide the creation and delivery of a “AAA” game world experience through its early access launch and beyond. • Plan products and work with Art, Design, Audio, engineering, and UI teams to deliver a high-quality experience. • Work closely with our creative teams to shape our processes and pipelines as we scale up the company. • Mentor and grow team members through direct feedback and career growth plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years minimum hands-on experience in the entertainment industry as a producer or project manager. • Have shipped 2+ games or consumer internet products. • Experience with live team operations or software as a service. • Ability to handle pressure and deliver results in a highly dynamic environment. • Must love games!
