• Ensure compliance with legal regulations, company policies, and industry standards across payment & risk management operations. • Oversee KYC, account verifications and resets, and account activity monitoring and policy enforcement. • Conduct compliance assessments and recommend action plans to mitigate risks. • Improve payment operations by managing service providers and adding more payment features to the marketplace. • Enhance user experiences for KYC and optimize conversion, ensuring compliance standards. • Collaborate with legal, product, and engineering teams to achieve objectives.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in a compliance-related role, preferably in a B2C environment. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling sensitive user information. • KYC experience • Familiarity with legal regulations, particularly in the crypto industry, is an advantage. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams. • Self-motivated and independent, with a proactive approach to compliance management. • Bachelor's degree in business, law, finance, or a related field is preferred. • Full-time availability with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
