• Who we are: BigID is an innovative tech startup that focuses on solutions for data security, compliance, privacy, and AI data management. • Who we seek: BigID is looking for a Director of Financial Systems to lead a financial systems team that will manage and oversee the administration of key financial and business applications. • What you’ll do: Lead the design, ownership and maintenance of financial systems, including accounting software, reporting tools, and budgeting platforms. • What you’ll bring: 10+ years of related work experience with demonstrated expertise in financial systems management or implementation including 3+ years as a supervisor/leader. • Our Values: Care, Do, Try & Shine.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in information systems, accounting, finance or related field or equivalent experience • 10+ years of related work experience with demonstrated expertise in financial systems management or implementation including 3+ years as a supervisor/leader • Proficiency in NetSuite financial software system and other tools (e.g., SQL, BI tools). • General understanding of accounting and accounting processes • Strong project management experience, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adaptable to changing priorities and evolving responsibilities • Strong analytical and organizational skills, verbal and written communications skills, and strong customer orientation • Strong managerial skills and the ability to coach and mentor direct reports. • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, drive projects to completion and meet deadlines. • Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting company or team goals. • “Self-starter” mentality with experience in fast-paced environments • Microsoft Office/Google Suite and Salesforce proficiency • Software industry expertise and the ability to understand complex technology problems is a plus.
