📋 Description
• Join a people-centric culture that is fast-paced and rewarding • Manage the BigID Partner Portal, reporting on key performance indicators • Assign inbound partner deal registrations • Own processes that boost productivity of internal partner team and external partner network • Help in the creation and launch of BigID’s Partner Directory and App Marketplace • Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve partner-related processes
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or partner operations in a B2B SaaS environment • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) • “Self-starter” mentality with experience in fast-paced environments • Strong analytical ability with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into business recommendations • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) • Passion for problem-solving and process improvement • Experience with various partner-focused technologies (e.g., Impartner, Crossbeam, Salesforce, etc.) • Strong attention to details • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects for various stakeholders • English fluency (written and spoken)
