📋 Description
• We are seeking a finance leader to oversee FP&A and drive the broader financial strategy of our organization. • In this role, you will shape the company’s approach to resource allocation and provide key insights to leadership on opportunities to drive value. • This role requires an experienced finance leader who balances strategic vision with operational precision. • Responsibilities include Budgeting & Forecasting Leadership, Tactical Insights, Performance Tracking, Strategic Resource Allocation, and more.
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ YOE in finance, in a FP&A, operational finance, and strategic financial capacity • 3+ YOE in a software company • 1+ YOE in a role regularly interfacing with Product and Data teams • Ability to articulate complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences • Bonus: Experience reporting into a board or CEO • Bonus: Experience as the sole finance resource in an organization • Bonus: Experience modeling LTV cohorts at a consumer company • Bonus: Experience modeling ROAS at a consumer company • Bonus: Exposure to mid-market and sub-scale M&A • Bonus: Experience with no-code financial modeling tools (e.g. Runway)
