Focused on next-generation gaming. • Seeking a highly skilled Senior Unity Engineer for game/app development. • Ownership of Unity-based projects from concept to delivery. • Collaborate with designers, artists, and engineers for new features. • Optimize applications for speed and scalability across platforms. • Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of growth. • Maintain high-quality code standards through reviews. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues promptly. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices. • Contribute to project planning, estimation, and risk management. • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks. • Manage external vendors ensuring quality standards are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Unity development. • Minimum of 3 published games • Previous experience in a senior or lead engineering role. • Expert proficiency in Unity and C# programming. • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns. • Experience with 3D/2D game mechanics, physics, animation, and UI development. • Proficient with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN). • Knowledge of mobile and web pipelines • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • Proven leadership and mentorship capabilities. • Experience with multiplayer/networking technologies • Familiarity with shader programming and graphics optimization techniques. • Previous experience working on a MMO • Previous experience working with ActionScript
