📋 Description

• Design, build, and optimize robust data pipelines and ETL processes using Apache Kafka for real-time streaming data. • Implement and manage data solutions using Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, and Apache Kafka. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored data solutions for both real-time and batch processing. • Ensure data quality, governance, and security best practices across all systems. • Mentor junior team members and contribute to their technical development. • Actively participate in interviewing and evaluating candidates for roles within the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with real-time data streaming and message brokering (e.g., Apache Kafka). • In-depth knowledge of Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Data Services, and cloud-native architectures. • Proven experience in designing and implementing cloud-based data solutions for both real-time and batch data processing. • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages. • Solid experience working with cloud data warehouses and data lakes. • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience mentoring junior team members and supporting their technical growth. • Active involvement in interviewing and evaluating new team members, ensuring the continuous strength of the team.
