Description

• We are currently seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our growing and dynamic team. • The DevOps engineer will be involved in all aspects of DevOps and SecOps practices within the company. • You will establish automation techniques and guidelines in working with the development, QA, and Product teams within an AWS environment. • Having a security background is a big plus in SOC and PCI compliance. • Maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible. • Maintain and create Dockerfiles and Helm Charts for Kubernetes deployments. • Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Groovy, and Ansible. • Experience with Python, Ruby, Bash, or another scripting language. • Use ticket management systems such as Jira and Confluence to manage work priorities. • Work closely with developers on the team to troubleshoot issues. • Ability to clearly articulate and communicate complex technical ideas to non-DevOps colleagues. • Ability to understand project requirements and be innovative in finding solutions in highly regulated environments.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years experience in the DevOps field • Background in Configuration Management (Puppet, Chef, Ansible preferred) • Experience working with CI/CD systems and technologies • Experience with Version Control Systems (subversion, git preferred) • Experience with developing production-grade code in a DevOps organization • High level of personal integrity and the ability to professionally handle confidential matters with an appropriate level of judgment and maturity • Understanding of cloud, SaaS, and IoT architectures and their implications to information security and data privacy strategies • High degree of initiative, dependability, and ability to work both collaboratively and with little supervision • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate security and risk-related concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
